Open Source for the People: How Charlotte & Bloomington are Modernizing Access with CiviForm

Exygy hosted its second CiviForm webinar which highlighted the benefits of using open source technology for government services.  Greg Overtoom, Assistant Director for Enterprise Applications with The City of Bloomington, Indiana, shared how CiviForm helped launch new grant programs and streamline application processes. Megan Hussey, Smart Cities Data Analyst with the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, discussed Charlotte’s journey to create a universal application to streamline city services using CiviForm.
